POLICIES AND RULES

1. Membership is required for admittance into The SpeakEasy.  Non-members must be signed in and accompanied by a current member.
   
   
2. All guests must have on their person a valid photo ID.  Photo identification must be shown with the club membership card for admittance.  Photo identification includes a valid state Drivers license, military ID or State ID card.  ID cards must have a picture and cannot be defaced in any way.
   
   
3. There is a three (3) day waiting period between submission of the membership application and the pick up of the membership card.  This is in accordance with ABC laws.  Each new member must show a valid ID when picking up the membership card. 
   
   
4. Cigarette, Cigar and Pipe smoking are allowed and encouraged in The Speakeasy Cigar & Martini Bar.  The nightclub is a non-smoking environment.
   
   
5. The SpeakEasy member may sign-in one (1) guest nightly.
   
   
6. The SpeakEasy Platinum VIP and VIP members may sign-in two (2) guests nightly.
   
   
7. Recurring guests may only be signed in three (3) times.  After the third visit, the guest must make application for The SpeakEasy membership.
   
   
8. Foreign IDs will not be accepted in accordance with ABC laws.  
   
   
9. Each individual must be at least 21 years of age to enter and/or purchase a membership at The SpeakEasy.
   
   
10. Physical and/or verbal altercations are not permitted at The SpeakEasy.  Any type of altercation will result in immediate removal from the premises and notification of local law enforcement. 
    
    
11. Visibly intoxicated individuals will not be admitted into The SpeakEasy.  Likewise, SpeakEasy members and/or guests who appear visibly intoxicated will not be served alcoholic beverages – your safety is our concern.
    
    
12. Guests must adhere to the dress code at all times.  Violations of the dress code may result in suspension of club privileges.
    
    
13. In accordance with ABC law, foul and inappropriate language is not allowed inside The SpeakEasy.
    
    
14. Members or guests are not allowed in the staff areas under any circumstance.
    
    
15. Weapons are not permitted at The SpeakEasy.  Note:  All guests entering the establishment are subject to search by security personnel.  This includes but is not limited to pat down searches, searches of pocket books and screening by metal detectors.
    
    
16. Please drink responsibly.  The SpeakEasy has the right to refuse service to anyone.
    
    
17. Please do not drink and drive.  The SpeakEasy staff or security personnel will call taxi services for anyone unable to drive themselves. 
    
    
18. Any guest found to be under 21 will be immediately escorted out of The SpeakEasy by security personnel and handed off to local law enforcement officers.
19. The dance floor is specifically for dancing, smoking, drinking or standing around on the dance floor is prohibited.
